About the job 📲💻
In the job as Business Controller, you will be a finance business partner working together with commercial steering groups to conduct continual Business Reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Operations, Customer Success, and Product, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. In addition to that you will also continually analyze performance and maintain data quality for operational and strategic KPIs such as CAC and CLTV.

The role also includes responsibilities for:

Continually work with our operational KPIs to deliver insights for our commercial departments.

Work together with our commercial departments in organizational target setting.

Cost control & optimization in collaboration with Financial Control to monitor and control operating expenses and evaluate the financial impact of initiatives.

Create and maintain OPEX allocation in order to analyze and optimize our running investment and divestment decisions.

Lead business-related ad-hoc analysis.

About you ⭐️
To do well and have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you have at least 2-3 years of experience working with similar responsibilities at a Big Four company or similar. You have worked closely with a commercial organization, and you probably have a BSc degree in Business, Finance, or another related field (MSc is advantageous). You are a natural DOER and ready to roll up your sleeves, we need it!

Furthermore, it’s advantageous if you have:

Working with operational KPIs where you are strong in both analyzing and executing

Experience working in the same or nearby industry (e.g. telco, SaaS, or/and IT)
