About your job and your new team
In this position, you provide financial information for the performance management process, follow up on actual results, as well as validate business cases and investment proposals. You work on rolling forecasts, analyze, and follow up on performance, and present your findings to provide actionable recommendations and support decision making. In addition, you contribute with your financial knowledge to various change and development projects. You’re a part of our Business Control team in Gimo – a team which supports the organization in achieving its business objectives by providing support within financial reporting and consolidation, business analysis as well as performance review. In our team, you have a joint responsibility for standardized tools and ways of working and you actively contribute to find improvements in our daily operations.
Although we offer a hybrid workplace with the opportunity to work from home or from another location, you also need to be on site three days a week.
Your background and what we find important
We’re looking for someone with a background from similar role in finance or business control, preferably with experience within a larger listed company in a global matrix environment. You have experience from a process or producing industry and have the understanding of products and its workflow. Your theoretical knowledge is backed by a university degree within Finance or other relevant area. Highly proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, knowledge of SAP, BW, One Stream and Power BI as well as an interest in new digital solutions is an advantage for this position. As a great communicator, it’s easy for you to connect and collaborate with all types of people, both within and outside our organization. We act in a worldwide setting and fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement, and working closely to a production site in Sweden, you’re also fluent in Swedish.

You’re a team player with a curious mindset and you have a focus on business – believing that the best solutions emerge when collaborating with others. Being structured, analytical and thorough allows you to keep an overall view and at the same time, spot the details that makes the difference. You’re skilled in stakeholder management and presenting results in a way that make sense is something that comes naturally to you. You’re interested in your surroundings, and you always stay updated and thrive when you learn new things. Being a skilled communicator, you’re comfortable in giving presentation and answering questions and you have the ability to explain in an efficient way with stakeholders throughout the company.
