About You
We believe that you have minimum of 3 years of previous experience working with Business Controlling or Business. You have an academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a similar area. We are looking for you who have strong analytical skills, possess good understanding of quantitative calculation methods and know how to practically perform analysis. You are good at asking the right questions and dare to challenge others.

We believe that you have experience from large organization preferably within IT. Have knowledge of controlling methodology and understanding profit and loss structure. You are good in working with Microsoft office, financial systems and controlling systems. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. And last but not least are you passionate about the IKEA culture and values and the IKEA Brand, with a cost-conscious mind-set and simplicity close at heart.

About the Assignment
The Business Controller reports to the Business Navigation Manager which is part of the Business Navigation & Portfolio management team for Operations & Shared Services.

Some of your tasks will be to:
-Secure the correct financial and performance information
-Be responsible for the actual monthly process including, accruals, consolidating and reporting
-Prepare and provide standard and ad hoc financial and performance reporting in both functional and service dimension to stakeholders
-Support forecast, budget- and goal setting process within the assigned area
-Provide support and training in controlling and financial matters to relevant stakeholders
-Collect, analyze and discuss financial figures and performance with financial controllers, business navigators and the line organization
-Be an ambassador for standard business solutions and common tools
-Participate in ad hoc activities as well as initiate and lead improvements of working methods and processes
The work location is in Helsingborg, Sweden.
