Position Summary
We are looking for a business controller to join the Customer Services team. We are looking for a controller with good technical abilities as well business understanding who is able to identify opportunities to optimize revenue and cost savings as well as minimizing risks. The role will be based in Uppsala but you will have stakeholders across the global Customer Services organization.In the role of Business Controller, you will report to the Customer Services Lead Business Controller and have close cooperation with other departments within the Customer Services organization. You will also interact with the Etraveli Group Finance team.
Responsibilities
Support Customer Services department by providing data and analysis. Being a data expert
Create and maintain financial and business metrics
Build and improve existing reporting and controlling routines
Work closely with the Finance and Group business control teams
Periodic reporting of key business areas both of financial and operational character
Help to set priorities to limit the risk of financial loss and to utilize revenue potential
Support other colleagues within the Business Control
