At Electrolux Major Appliances BA Europe, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience in Taste, Care & Wellbeing.
We are now looking for a Business Controller to join the Consumer Direct Interactions division within BA Europe, with focus on the commercialization of consumables and accessories (C&A). C&A take part in CDI’s core strategy to establish long term relationships with our consumers, optimizing existing touchpoints and establishing new business models to improve the customer journey.
You will as Business Controller play a key role, making sure we drive profitable growth of C&A for our three experience areas and across both B2B and D2C channels. You will team up with several important stakeholders including the C&A Commercial Director and Product Line controllers.
You will act as a true business partner to the CDI organization focusing on BA Europe. You will provide financial and commercial visibility to the business leaders while taking an active part in our business transformation towards a consumer centric organization.
This role is placed within our European organization, but you will also work towards and collaborate with all our Europeans sales clusters.
Your main tasks:
•Supporting business by providing financial insights based on various reports i.e. monthly results, performance trackers, ad hoc reporting
•Coordination of yearly strategic planning and budgeting processes for C&A across 3 experience areas
•Driving standardization and alignment of C&A finance processes across the 3 experience areas
•Improve financial visibility of C&A within Product Line P&L to drive better business decisions
•Be Involved in various C&A related Projects and Business cases
•Identify and develop governance models and processes, and propose/drive corrective actions
•Be involved in the C&A portfolio management across all channels and clusters across the EMEA region
Qualifications:
•Bachelor or a master’s degree in economics, business management or finance
•Minimum 5 years’ experience of financial accounting & reporting background and solid business performance reporting & analysis experience
•Analytical and a proven aptitude to work with multiple data sources and systems
•Experience from successfully leading projects and business process improvements
•Preferably experience from an international company, working with people at all levels in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
•Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
