Job Description
As a business controller you’ll be a proactive and strategic partner to the Construction & Facilities department. You will be a key player in setting and implementing the global strategy for construction and facilities. You also have full ownership of the analytical agenda to ensure we deliver on set strategy and targets. You work globally with all markets and brands.
In this role, you’ll get the exciting opportunity to…
• Together with the Head of Construction and Facilities be responsible for setting and implementing the global strategy for construction and facilities and drive profitable and meaningful growth.
• Be a strong and close support to our regional and market teams setting short- and long-term goals and targets globally and for regions.
• Analyze and evaluate performance versus set goals and independently drive business improvements based on findings.
• Proactively define and implement the analytic agenda needed to deliver on set targets, including trend analysis, forecasting, budget follow up, building business cases and reporting.
• Together with the Analytics and BI team create and maintain tools for budgeting processes globally, enabling cost follow up in regions and markets of CAPEX, OPEX, reactive and scheduled costs, and other project costs
• Prepare and communicate monthly and quarterly reporting packages and give guidance for strategic and operational decisions as well as change management initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we see that you have:
• An academic degree in business, engineering or a similar field.
• 4 + years of experience as a Business Controller, Management Consultant, Business Analyst or similar roles.
• Experience from working within the retail sector, construction and/or facility management is meritorious
• The ability to define effective long-term plans in line with the vision and strategy for the department.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions. You have advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint, Power BI skills are meritorious.
• Proven strong communication and teamwork abilities, and able to manage multiple contact points, stakeholders, and projects in order to achieve set goals and targets.
• Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to Senior Management and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is not mandatory.
