As a Business Controller in this team you will actively support the business around the world and contribute to increase the financial business focus.Business Area Aftermarket & Services is one of the two Business Areas within DeLaval, responsible for assortment, development, manufacturing and sourcing related to Milk Quality & Animal Health, Services & Original Parts, Farm Supplies and Liners & Tubes.It is a globally operating part of the company with factories and staff spread across most parts of the world.This challenging position reports to the Controller for Business Area Aftermarket and Services. Job Summary * Perform follow up and analysis of monthly result and financial/strategic KPI's * Drive monthly reporting and analysis of the global manufacturing operation * Support budget and forecasting process * Support decision making within the Business Area with preparation of business cases, investment evaluations and other financial ad-hoc analysis; * Propose and follow up on actions to improve profitability; * Assist in development of reporting processes, routines and costing models * Be part of projects within the financial area, which may exceed the scope of the Business Area Qualifications * Educated to university master degree level (accounting/finance/business administration) * 3+ years' relevant experience of business controlling, preferably within the area of manufacturing Knowledge and skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with diverse people across different functions/cultures * Power of initiative, proven business attitude, flexible and self-confident * Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently interpret financial and commercial data * Fluent in English * Experience from working with SAP R3/BW strong merit * Strong data handling skills (Excel, Access, database) * Willing to travel as part of work responsibilities In this recruitment DeLaval co-operates with Human Performance AB.
