Sandvik Mining is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.

We are now looking for a Business Controller for Production, to be located in Sandviken.

Key performance areas
Sandvik Mining and Construction Tools AB, a part of sub-PA Rock tools, consists of two production units, one in Sandviken and one in Stockholm, R&D, Product Line, Supply Chain departments, and also hosts some of BA Mining's head office functions. As Business Controller for Production, your main responsibilities include coaching and guiding managers striving to reach the best possible results in operational efficiency. You have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels and you are the communication bridge between production and finance. In this role you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing financial information and compiling budgets, forecasts and book closings, as well as improvement of various financial processes.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and at least three years of experience in controller positions within a manufacturing business. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, as is good knowledge of the business system SAP. Experience from ERP implementation would be a merit. Good skills in English, both in writing and speaking, are a prerequisite, while skills in Swedish are advantageous.
