Business Controller for Tooling Production

Tooling Production is now looking for a driven Business Controller with the analytical skills needed to be involved in the decisions in our Supply organization. We can offer you a role with a high degree of freedom and personal responsibility.

The preferred location for this position is Fagersta, Sweden, but alternative locations can be discussed.

Key performance areas
As Business Controller you will have the overall responsibility for financial control of Tooling production globally and the Tooling production unit in Arboga. This entails devoting half of your time to the factory in Arboga and half to coordination of all Tooling units. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactive participation in the management of the unit
- Monthly financial reports and reporting
- Budget and forecasts
- Financial analysis and calculations
- Coordinating and directing other Controllers within Tooling production

You will be part of an international management team and the Controller network of Seco Tools.

The position involves traveling, approximately 40-60 days per year.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in Finance and at least five years' experience of advanced financial work in international companies, preferably within manufacturing. Alternatively, you may have equivalent experience and knowledge acquired in another manner. We also expect that you have good computer skills and experience with the MS Office suite and business systems. Good skills in English are a prerequisite for the position.

You are open and outgoing. You are very interested in business issues and have a structured working style. As you will have many international contacts, it is important that you can communicate and present different types of information. It is also important that you are good at building relationships.
