Business Controller – Group FP&A

JOB PURPOSE

As FP&A Business Controller, you are responsible for a part of Recipharm Group finance deliveries to the executive committee, board of directors, investors, and other critical stakeholders. You will analyze and interpret financial results, prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with a focus on constantly improving analytical frameworks to drive business decisions.

• Financial Performance Reporting and Analytics
• Forecast and budget processes
• Financial Modelling Capabilities and Continuous improvement

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Must-have requirements:


• 3-5 Years’ experience in FP&A, Finance business partnering, management reporting or similar fields.
• Academic degree in Finance, Business administration, computer sciences or similar.
• Excellence in MS-office suite, specifically Excel, Power BI, Power automate with advanced modeling skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with a data driven approach.
• Highly proactive, organized and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech savvy and strong interest in continuously driving improvment opportunities (i.e., AI based predictive models).
• Ability to work in a high-pressured international environment.
• Fluent in English
