Right now we're looking for a Business Controller. Someone who is great in supporting and navigating business with the help of facts and figures. Someone who loves to set goals and KPIs into a context and share best practice? That someone who share our passion for home furnishing and communication?

As one in the team of Business Controllers you work to support ICOMs different Business areas and departments. In this role, you will work in particular for Media Production, a new unit within ICOM. You will support with the financial planning of the Business area unit by:

-Contributing to the pricing policy; sales and gross profit planning based on the business partner?s assignments.
-Support with budgeting, forecasting, periodical financial reporting and business analysis.
-Identify potentials and cost saving opportunities and requires regular internal audits of the unit?s operations.

You will also work closely with other units within the company such as finance, tax, procurement and legal and act as a mediator between these units and the business area with the goals to ensure smooth business processes, compliancy towards global tax & customs regulations and minimize risk. You will report to the Business Navigation and Finance manager.

To be successful in the role, we think you have:

-A degree within business administration or equivalent
-Strong background and experience in financial reporting and financial analysis
-Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, managerial accounting, and financial audits
-Strong background and experience in financial planning; budgeting and forecasting
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills towards all levels of the organization.
-Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Ability to think analytically and make decisions to solve problems
-Strong attention to detail while maintaining a good overview of the business
-Fluent in verbal and written communication in English
