Business Controller in a SaaS business with focus on the Nordic Market

Be part of a unique opportunity
To strengthen the Business Control function, Assessio is now looking for a driven Business Controller with focus on the Nordic Market. The role is based in central Stockholm and reports directly to the Head of Group Control. You have a unique opportunity to be part of developing the controlling function and have impact on the business through your initiatives.

Your main focuses
· Enable, track and report on KPI’s to steer the group in line with strategic goals
· Oversee data in systems to match reporting structures and KPI’s
· Assessio has a strong data-driven mission, and you will be expected to take part in driving and developing this initiative
· Be a sparring partner to Business leaders and employees regarding decisions, trends, or any other topic
· Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and systems with the purpose of improving group performance
· Actively participate and develop budget and forecasting processes
· Follow industry trends in SaaS/BI/controlling and incorporate improvements in the group
· Create and present analyses for the management group or any other target group
· Ad-hoc analyses to support the group
Profile
· Academic degree within a relevant field of study
· 5+ years of relevant professional experience
· Experience from working in a similar role for a SaaS company
· Advanced knowledge in Excel and Business intelligence
· Outstanding analytical skills combined with practical skills on how to present financial data to non-finance employees
· Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral
