About the job
In this position you ensure timely reporting of performance, forecasts and targets while supporting the operations with analysis, advice, and tools to optimize performance. You’re responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing business activities within the division. You provide accurate financial and operational information, analyze monthly financial reports, follow-up on business plans, as well as coordinate yearly targets, budgets, forecasts together with other business units. In your role you support business performance management by follow-up on sales and operations efficiency. Participating in setting-up the newly Division, you support projects management and follow-up. You collaborate closely with finance teams in both France and the US, Industrial Metrology Division management team and SMF Business area segment Business Controller & Finance community.
You report to the CFO of Industrial Metrology Division. The location of this position is at our site Gasverket in Stockholm, Sweden, although for the right candidate, we’re open to working from Orléans, France or from any of our sites in the US. We offer the possibility to work part-time remotely. Travel might be included.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, combined with relevant work experience in business control. It’s beneficial with knowledge in accounting, experience in software industry, and you’re proficient in project reporting or project management. You’re an excellent user of Excel and Power BI, while knowledge in BPC, and other IT-systems, is a plus. As we act in a global environment, excellent English skills, both written and verbal, is required, and knowledge in Swedish and French is a plus.
