Business Controller management team, Eskilstuna

Your responsibilities
As a Business Controller you are responsible for maximizing efficiency and profitability by supporting all logistics functions as well as management in all aspects of controlling to achieve the goals.
Your most important tasks are:

* Controlling and financial analysis in logistics, capacity and business development
* Support logistics functions within the above areas to maximize profits and meet customer expectations
* Follow up on planning, service level and efficiency and initiate actions to improve workflows
* Define and communicate our strategy, goals and KPIs in close collaboration with the management team to achieve our long-term goals
* Analyze reasons for deviations between actual results and budgets and take actions based on this
* Interact and secure interdisciplinary collaboration with all relevant functions and stakeholders to continuously develop workflows
* Achieve results by actively working on a clear strategy, goal, and consistent follow-up.
* You will have personnel responsibility for a controller that reports to you

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially interested team player who wants to join the logistic team in Eskilstuna as a Business Controller.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role we believe that you have leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills. You value own responsibility, fast pace and straight forward communication.

* You have at least 5 years of experience in independent role with exposure to decision making and a track record of delivering great results
* You have a relevant educational background from university or business school
* You adapt easily to new environments, embrace different cultures, and have a strong ability to lead diverse teams
* You are fluent in Swedish and English
