We are now looking for a Business Controller Manufacturing to join our journey!

We are looking for a Business Controller Manufacturing who will be responsible for contract manufacturing business control and support Operations Finance in financial planning and follow-up of a number of factories. In this position, you are going to work with development and standardization of factory planning and reporting and be responsible for and budgeting and follow-up for certain central functions within Operations.
This is a permanent full-time position based at headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Partner provide support, consultancy and advise to act as a holistic value integrator to the business.
Accountable for financial analysis of contract manufacturing.
Budgeting and forecasting process, reviewing and analyzing input from factories.
Improve the work of standardization and automation of financial planning, reporting and analysis in the factories.
Responsible for maintaining product standard cost planning parameters. Control flow of material master data, transfer prices and underlying business processes to ensure smooth launches of products, flawless operational processing, efficient material replenishment planning parameters and correct transfer prices.
Support certain Operation functions at HQ with financial planning and follow up.
Participate in product development projects as manufacturing finance representative.
Ownership of certain SAP BPC planning models. Work closely with BPC business admin and BPC super users to maintain and develop Operations related to BPC functionality.
As a key user, support the organisation with Cognos analysis, Power BI and BPC
Qualifications:
Education with a relevant finance degree
Preferably 4 years of work experience
Experience from business control and/or accounting
Experience from at least one of the following systems/tools is also advantageous: SAP ECC, SAP BPC, Power BI
Strong analytical mind, skilled at analyzing numerical data
Strong communication skills with an ability to build trust
Digital literacy – finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
As a person, you are positive and analytical. You are willing to take responsibility and own the outcome. You are a team player and willing to constantly develop yourself and ways of working. You are organized and detailed-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills as you will ensure effective and cohesive communication with senior leaders and our factories. You are flexible, an excellent team player and give high priority to meet given deadlines.
