Poolia is recruiting a motivated and analytical Business Controller Nordics to Carl Zeiss Vision. The position is full-time and is based in Malmö.

Arbetsuppgifter

You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.

The Business Controller Nordics will:

• Report, analyze and interpret financial statements and business results in the Nordic region
• Track and follow-up on Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Understand & control Key Performance Indicators (net sales, gross margin, operating expenses, Working Capital)
• Ensure timely and consistent financial reporting to headquarters
• Support forecasting and budgeting process
• Align with accounting department
• Perform & review Balance Sheets and P&L’s, incl. Working Capital and Free Cash flow
• Identify operational improvement areas based on analyses
• Own and run the pricing process
• Financial support to sales team

Utbildning/erfarenhet

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, probably with a major in Controlling, Finance or Accounting.

We believe you have 1-3 years of experience in a Finance or Controlling role, preferably in a multinational corporation.

It is important that you have a hands-on mentality and that you are action orientated with an international mindset.

In order to be successful in the position we believe you have a strong knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and accounting.

You are an experienced user of Excel and comfortable to handle complex data from different IT systems. It is an advantage if you have experience from SAP.

Fluency in speaking and writing English and in one Scandinavian language is a prerequisite for the position. You also have good communication skills.

As a person you are motivated, analytical, business oriented and energetic. You are a team player, but self-confident and self-reliable.
