Danaher Motion Stockholm develops and delivers electronic systems for mobility applications, i.e.lift trucks, for industrial applications, i.e.robotics, and for heavy vehicle hybrid solutions.We currently employ around 160 people with annual turnover over $150M US.As a Business Controller R&D you will be a part of the finance team and work close to the R&D Manager and the R&D Department.The purpose of the position is to implement Financial Project Management tools to assist project leaders and help the management team in the decision making process of R&D spending.Insure project level spending within approved levels as well as insure project forecasts are integrated into overall OEM forecasts. Your key responsibilities will be: - Leading in the budget preparation together with R&D manager and Finance - Prepare monthly financial forecasts of R&D expenses, investments, capital expenditures and income when applicable tied to specific project owner commitments - Monitor monthly spending versus budget and forecast, both in time and money - Risk analysis in financial terms but also versus the time line of the various projects - Prepare capital investment appraisal and responsible for putting Capital Allocation Requests together - Ad hoc analysis Your background: MSc in Business Administration within finance/accounting or similar is required.You have some years of experience within accounting or auditing but have moved on to project accounting or controlling, preferably within manufacturing or R&D business.You need to have very good skills in MS Excel and experience of Oracle is a plus.Firm command of US GAAP is also a plus.The R&D controlling is very complex so it is a must that you have the ability and the experience to go from a helicopter view down to the ground details and back again.You have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to analyse complex data.We think you have a strong personality, a high energy level and that you are interested in developing your career.How to apply: You apply by clicking the link below which takes you to a registration form where you fill in contact details and attach CV and letter of intent, written in Swedish or English.We need your application at the latest 5th of November.
