Business Controller Sales
We are now looking for a key player in a new role as Business controller Sales. You will be part of our controlling team at Lynk & Co but work close to Sales & Retail departments. You will be their financial counterpart steering our sales, retail development & operations, utilization of our fleet and protecting our residual value across the European market. You will be based either in Amsterdam or Gothenburg and report to the Director Controlling.
What you'll do
- Analyze and closely monitor our sales performance to increase profitability
- Act as a financial sounding board to Head of Sales, Retail Director, B2B Manager, Fleet Utilization Manager & the TCO and Remarketing Manager
- Set, monitor and evaluate, sales, retail operations, fleet utilization & residual value KPIs
- Budget, forecast and monthly closing for your areas
- Develop decision material to the management team
- Ad-hoc analyses and much more
What you should have
- Relevant experience from similar role within the automotive or retail industry, preferably with involvement in sales management teams
- Analytical abilities with the capability to communicate (sometimes) complex information in an easy and understandable way
- The ability to handle large amounts of data in a structured way to find opportunities (and one or two problems) from different perspectives
- Financial knowledge & relevant background
- The skill to develop close and multiple internal (and external) partnerships
- Can-do mentality
- Experience of working with business intelligence tools is a plus
