Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltic?s. We are responsible for the sales, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.

The Sales department in Malmö is responsible for sales in our region, and the department is being developed to cope with the heavily increasing activities in the area. We handle international projects with extensive budgets in a department with a flexible and open work environment. Due to the development and future outlooks on the Swedish market we are expanding our sales team.

Responsibilities and tasks
The Business Controller is supporting the Directors of the Nordic Sales Areas by making sure that all prioritized projects are updated in all relevant systems and by ensuring that Business Processes are followed. Furthermore the chosen candidate will support the Directors in budget preparations, forecast as well as coordination and preparing input for all relevant meetings.

Your responsibilities and tasks will mainly be:
*Supporting the Directors of the Nordic Sales Areas with relevant reporting and planning
*Ensure that all prioritized projects are up to date
*Control that the Sales Areas are complying with the Global Business Processes
*Be responsible for Kick Off and Lessons Learned are conducted for all projects

Qualifications and work experience
On a personal level you are/have:
*Proactive and service minded
*Curious and inspired by challenges
*Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
*You have a structured approach and feel at ease in an environment where deadlines can be short and assignments can vary

On a professional level you are/have:
*Minimum a bachelors degree economics or similar
*At least 3 years experience within a similar controller function
*Excellent analytical skills
*Very good working experience with Excel. Knowledge about SAP is a must
*Skills to execute the internal Vestas calculation tool pre-calc
*Absolutely fluent in English.
