Within Tetra Pak, Service Business is responsible for selling service products, reduce operational cost and improve operational efficiency for our customers. We are now looking for a Business Controller, who will actively support the Service organization but also cooperate with other organizational units within the Markets, Cluster Europe & Central Asia and Tetra Pak. The position will report to the Cluster Business Controller for Services.


This is a temporary position for approximately 14 months. The preferred location of the position is Lund.

What you will do
In this position you will have the opportunity to provide business support to commercial and service department. You will primarily be responsible for analysis and compilation of data, driving financial planning and ensuring compliance with internal regulations. You will also ensure accuracy of financial information at month end closing.
Service Business controlling for the market North Europe
Monthly financial book-closing and KPIs reporting & forecasting, analysis & presentations for the areas within your responsibility
Business Partner with both front-line, Service Sales organisation and local Service organisation to optimize the flows, and ensure a continuous and sustainable margin
Part of North Europe Service Management team
Collaborate and work with the market Business controller and the Cluster Service Controller team
Drive business improvement agenda with Service Account Managers in North Europe
Support in the preparation of internal and external audits for Service-related matters


Who you are
As our new Business Controller, it is truly important you have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving. You possess a high level of drive, business understanding and strategic thinking. You focus on performance and deliver accurate and timely results. You perform effectively under pressure.
In this role you hold a key position. You enjoy networking, communication and you collaborate effectively at all levels. You are a team player with the ability to work within a dynamic and international team environment. Experience and knowledge in Business Objects (BO) & SAP are of great value.


You have a university degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience within finance. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
