Job summary
Within Tetra Pak, the Services organisation develops, sells, and delivers global Services that reduce operational cost and improve overall operational efficiency for our customers. Services provide knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products and meet our customer’s quality expectations.

This is a permanent position in which you will work in a global area but be based in one of our sites at Tetra Pak globally. You will report to the Director Business Control Product Management and Supply Network.
What you will do
In this position you will have the opportunity to provide business support in Services from the commercial offer to operation and delivery. Responsible for the compilation of financial data, analysis & structure of the information. Deep dive into results of Services material categories and proactively suggest actions to drive correct business decisions. Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects. Ensures efficient, transparent, and aligned controlling for Services material categories across markets and business units.
You will focus on:
Be active partner in business and finance transformation projects and contribute to reporting guideline updates.
Support business case review and benefit realisation follow up.
Collaboration with the global and market business controllers and act as subject matter expert.
Monthly financial and KPI reporting including corrective actions with business and/or finance stakeholders were deviations.
Support preparation of monthly financial book-closing
Support Forecast and Budget preparation.
Business Partner with responsible Business Directors to ensure a continuous and sustainable margin.
Drive the development of standardized reporting (eg PowerBI) and delivery of automated reports.
To be successful in this role we believe you have
Degree in finance or Business Administration
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience in Business Control
Strong IT skills especially in SAP R/3, BO and Power Bi
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

You are proactive, result driven and used to work independently. You can formulate and understand business issues and exercise informal authority to influence.
