In Group Function Global Operations (GFGO) we are passionate about simplification with a vision to drastically improve Customer and Employee Journeys!

The GFGO Business Control Sourcing and Real Estate team is now looking for a Business Controller for Sourcing who will pro-actively perform, engage with, and influence the Sourcing organization to reach long term financial targets with the objective of building value for Ericsson.

In this role, you will drive optimization and execution of the Sourcing strategic agenda as well as business modelling linking operational and financial metrics.

What you will do
Support and drive sourcing organization to improve cost and capital
Actively contribute to target fulfillment on cost, capital & risk targets
Ensure Sourcing performance measurements are sound from a financial perspective covering business needs and are aligned with BA/MA stakeholders
Support organization and participate in various financial areas such as validation of business cases, Supplier financial analysis and inventory and payment models
Identify and mitigate risks – Risk Management
Communicate and educate, help the Sourcing organization create a deeper financial understanding
Work in close cooperation with BA Business controlling functions, and contribute to strategies, improvements and developments within the various unit


You will bring
Demonstrated knowledge of the e2e business flow within Ericsson, Ericsson’s offering and business models
Solid understanding and curiosity about the situation, trends and players in the ICT sector and its eco-systems
At least 5 years of proven experience, preferably in Finance or possibly in adjacent relevant areas
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience from Ericsson operational units and Ericsson business processes
Solution oriented personality with a strong focus on results and outcomes
Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills, good eye for business and commercial thinking
Solid current network of contacts across key operative units
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
