We are now looking for a Business Controller to join the Peace of Mind (Aftermarket) team within BA Europe. The Peace of Mind team’s core strategy is to focus on a Best-in-Class Consumer Experience, creating value for the consumer by offering relevant products and services focused on the post appliance purchase journey of the consumer.
As Business Controller, Spare parts will play a key role in making sure we drive profitable growth of Spare parts sales. You will team up with several important stakeholders including the Category Directors for the different Spare parts offerings.
You will act as a true business partner to the Peace of Mind organization focusing on BA Europe. You will provide Financial and Commercial support and visibility to the Business leaders while acting as a change manager within the Controlling and wider organization towards the Consumer-Centric and repairability strategy.
This role is placed within our European organization, but you will also work towards and collaborate with all our European sales clusters.
Your main tasks:
· Responsible for Monthly analysis, Quarterly forecasting, and yearly Budgeting processes for Peace of Mind Categories/Channels
· Be Involved in various Peace of Mind related Projects and Business cases
· Identify and develop controls, processes, and proposing/driving corrective actions
· Monthly / Quarterly closing activities ensuring the accuracy of the Peace of mind P&L.
· Involved in the Spare parts Portfolio and B2B as well as Direct to consumer selling via the Personal/Consumer service organization rollout across the EMEA region
Qualifications:
. Bachelor or a master’s degree in economics, business management or finance
· Minimum 5 years’ experience of financial accounting & reporting background and solid business performance reporting & analysis experience
· Analytical and a proven aptitude to work with multiple data sources and systems
· Experience from successfully leading projects and business process improvements
· Preferably experience from an international company, working with people at all levels in multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
· Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
