We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to be Finance Business Partner for the Supplier Management Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the compilation and analysis of data, presentation of the information and support the business actions. Responsible to drive financial planning and forecasting and contributing to secure effectiveness of internal controls.
This is an individual contributor role and will be based in Lund/Sweden, report to the Director Business Control - Supplier Management & Base Materials based in Switzerland.
What you will do
Business Partner to Supplier Management Director and his organisation
Regularly report & follow up on Supplier Management KPIs. Drive action plans together with the organization to reach business targets. Present quarterly results to Management Team
Participate to the annual financial planning & forecasting process for the function
Contribute to Business Transformation projects
Support the automation components crisis taskforce
Secure effectiveness of internal controls and drive good governance
Drive standardization and implementation of best practices
We believe you have
A university degree in Finance or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance/Business Control position
Experience with SAP/Business Objects is a plus
In this role it is important to have a high level of drive and analytical skills. We also see that you possess solid business understanding and are able to challenge decision making involving senior stakeholders.
Furthermore, you are proactive, organized and able to deliver accurate and timely results. You possess good presentation skills and an ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required
