Job summary
We are now looking for a new colleague as Business Controller for the Supplier Management organisation. Are you interested in a new challenge within a dynamic and innovative organisation? Here is your chance!
We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to support the Business Control Director as well as Supplier Management Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the compilation and analysis of data, presentation of the information and support the business actions. Responsible to drive financial planning and forecasting. Contributing to secure effectiveness of internal controls.
This is an individual contributor role and will be based in Lund/Sweden or Modena/Italy and report to the Director Business Control - Supplier Management & Base Materials based in Switzerland.
What you will do
Be responsible for all Reporting activities related to Supplier Management function (Functional expenses, FTE, Workforce Management, KPI’s, etc)
Participate to external benchmarking process
Support Business Control Director on specific projects
Support Regional Business Controller and Supplier Managers in the regions to enhance business performance
Develop new reporting tools to secure self-service information and real time data
Drive productivity initiatives, standardization and implementation of best practices
Act as partner for input to refine and yearly review of Savings Guideline
Ensure adherence to Supplier Management policies and procedures
Secure effectiveness of internal controls and drive good governance
Liaise with other Finance key players: FI Hub, GFC, Functions Controllers, Local Finance organizations, etc

We believe you have
A university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance/Business Control position
Strong IT skills especially in SAP R/3, BO and Power Bi
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required

In this role it is important to have a high level of drive and analytical skills and to be able to adapt to changes. We also see that you possess solid business understanding and are able to challenge decision making involving senior stakeholders.
Furthermore, you are proactive, organized and able to deliver accurate and timely results. You possess good presentation skills and an ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
