Business Controller till Fortum

We are looking for a forward looking business controller with strong personal drive. The position will support our Consumer Solutions Living & Mobility business unit in Sweden which is responsible for electricity sales as well as related value-added and digital services to B2C customers.

This position will give you the chance to take an active role in managing one of the leading and dynamic business units in the Consumer Solutions division. As finance responsible you will be part of a modern and diverse Living & Mobility Sweden management team that has a strong focus on improving business performance. The role will be part of international team of business controllers with various possibilities for further growth and development of your finance competences.

You must have

- A relevant academic degree and professional experience make you comfortable in setting your own agenda and making decisions when needed.
- You are a curious and forward looking individual who is motivated by change and new challenges.
- Both analytical skills for analyzing and understanding data as well as a strategic mindset to identify business development opportunities are needed to succeed in this role.
- People in your workplace find your communication open and transparent and you are good at building trust with other people.


What you will do

- You will be the financial business partner in the international management team driving business performance actively together with the business unit head. Improving current financial follow-up processes and steering possibilities, is an important part of the role.
- You will be responsible for the financial planning and follow up including monthly reporting and forecasting. You will also participate in shaping the strategy of the business unit and defining the KPIs to track both financial and operational performance together with the management team.
- You will maintain and improve finance setup and reporting in own area of responsibility independently as well as participate to group level projects from finance point of view.
