We are looking for a business oriented Business Controller with great passion and experience in economic analysis and controlling who wants to join an exciting journey in a fast growing company.

The Business Controller at Novacura will be overall responsible for controlling and will report to the CEO. You will also participate in two management teams; the Production division and the Consulting division. You will work in close collaboration with managers throughout the entire organization, both in Sweden and abroad.
You will be a key player in a fast-growing company and work close to the CEO. You will also be responsible for retrieving information and analyzing key ratios that form the basis of business decisions.
The focus of the role is to drive, develop and business reporting. You will also develop and provide a monthly report showing different perspectives of the organization.
The Business Controller will provide the organization with necessary business information and analysis.
You need to be a strong business partner to the CEO and able to challenge in both management teams. The business analysis abilities of the company need to strengthen.
Work tasks
• Responsible for retrieving information and analyzing key ratios that form the basis of business decisions.
• Provide business leaders with decision support with the aim of driving the business forward and acting as a sounding board for management and the board.
• Budget and forecast process.
• Maintain continuous contact with subsidiaries, both in Sweden and abroad.
• Business support in customer agreement negotiations.
• Continuous improvement of existing processes in collaboration with business.
Your background
• Post-secondary education in economics and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of working with business management from a broad controlling position.
• Experience from a global company.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
• Excellent skills in Excel. Knowledge of SQL or Qlik Sense is an advantage.
