Business Controller to Assortment

Your team
In the role as a Business Controller you will be working within our Business Units closely to our core – our Assortment. You will be a part of a mixed team consisting of e.g. a section head, designers and buyers, all working together to create the best Customer Offer while at the same time influencing H&M on a global scale.


What you will do
In the Business Controller role, you will be responsible for the analysis in your team and you will take business-minded decisions and implement actions based on your analysis. Together with your team you will be responsible for our global assortment and maximizing sales and profit within your business area.

In addition to your amazing personality we also see that you:
- Earlier experience from H&M Group
- Have a degree in business or engineering
- At least 2 years working experience
- Have strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn your analysis into actions
- Are fluent in English, Swedish is not mandatory
