About the job
As a Business Controller at INVISIO, you will work with reporting and analysis to ensure that the company´s finances are managed effectively and efficiently. You will have an active role in continue to develop the company´s business controlling and continuously work to increase efficiency and system support for the organization. It will be both a challenging and developing role where you will work closely mainly with the Finance Director and the sales organization to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company´s goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing financial reports, analysing data, and presenting findings to management and the organization
- Analysing the company's financial statements and sales data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement
- Working with budget and forecast follow-up to ensure that spending is in line with the budget/forecast and identifying areas where cost savings can be made and profitability improved
- System and process improvement, implementing new systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Your background
We believe that you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience, e.g. working in audit, consulting or as a controller. You have experience of working with financial statements, reporting and analysis and have knowledge of accounting. You are fluent in any of the Scandinavian languages and fluent in English, both oral and written. You must have high Excel skills and experience of analysing large data sets. It is a merit if you have experience of Navision/Business Central and Acinta or other BI systems.
