Business Controller to Scania IT

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from being a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete and sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

One of our Business Controllers will now leave for a new challenge within the Scania group and we are searching for a new ambitious person to join our team. Do you want to be an active participant in driving Scania IT towards our 2025 strategy, objectives and financial targets?

Are you the Business Controller we are looking for?

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Controller to be part of the finance team and to take responsibility for one of our IT departments. You contribute with your energy to our journey of change and want to be the best business partner to Scania IT.

You are responsible for the financial planning and the delivery of the most important financial processes within the assigned department, such as budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting and follow-up. You are also part of the assigned departments’ management group.

Your profile


• You have an MBA or MSc in Economics and Business Administration or comparable to this requirement.
• You have experience with similar finance assignments.
• It is beneficial if you have a strong interest in IT and how IT can create value for the business.
• You have good communication skills.
• You are a strong team player with a sense of integrity and you have a very good cooperative ability, combined with the capacity to build and handle important relations.
• You have new ideas to develop and improve our processes. Change is a natural part of your day-to-day work.
• You are fluent in English and have at least a basic knowledge in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
