For our client, we are looking for Business Controller with experience in Business Intelligence. The company has approximately 1,000 employees and has offices in 14 countries, of which the head office is in Gothenburg.

Purpose of the role
As a Business Controller you will both work individually with own areas of responsibility and tightly together with your colleagues where today the Business Control organization consist of three controllers. You will act as a true business partner, supporting with analysis and reviews. You will develop new as well as improve current processes and run different BI-projects for both Sales, Marketing as well as Manufacturing. Your will report to the Head Of Business Control and the role is based in Gothenburg.

Key responsibilities

• Pro-actively analyze results, trends and business plans with the aim of finding areas for improvement
• Monthly follow-up and analyses, planning and business plan, participation in operational meetings
• Ensure quality in reporting and adapt measurement systems in order to make business flow transparent and support decision-making
• Drive, support and coordinate the Strategic Plan, Business Plan process and other financial planning processes
• Be a speaking partner towards the sales/marketing organisation as well as Manufacturing
• Take an active role in Strategic Pricing way of working, together with the Group Controller
• Give proactive recommendations and identify risks and opportunities for New Business projects
• Coordinating the budget process together with other Business Controllers and Commercial Director

Competence/Experience requirements

• University degree in finance and business administration or similar is required
• Approx. 2-5 years work experience from controlling
• Experience from developing new as well as challenging old processes and procedures
• Fluent Swedish and English is required
• Experience from a complex organisation is desired
• International experience is a plus
• Experience from working in ERP system (preferably Movex (M3) and business information IT tools
• Advanced skills in BI-tools is required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent Swedish and English is a must
