Business Controller within operations and R&D to Mycronic

About the position

Mycronic's operations are conducted through four divisions. We are now looking for a Business Controller to the High Flex division. This division offers surface mount technology (SMT) equipment and solutions to electronics manufacturers worldwide.



Main focus in the role will be to support departments within Operations and R&D, but various tasks and responsibilities will also involve other areas within the Division. The Business Controller acts as a financial speaking partner for the Operations and R&D team working closely together with Head of Finance High Flex, Head of R&D and Head of Operations. Building up a network with stakeholders within the Mycronic Group and acting as team member within Mycronic financial team is also part of the role.

Mycronic is currently on a growth trajectory which requires new ways of working, which together with increased digitalization, offers ample opportunities for a forward-leaning and challenge-seeking individual.



Primary responsibilities are:



* Drive business value and transparency through securing financial follow up, financial support and business analysis for the Division.



* Secure financial processes to maximize profitability, project/product profitability and commercially sound business decisions.



* Understand business processes and how they can be translated to relevant and supporting KPI's.



* Prepare business decisions based on solid analysis of data.



* Being involved as financial resource in development of business-critical systems as ERP or other systems.



* Contribute to various improvement projects within the Division and in collaboration with Group functions.

As part of the High Flex division, you are based at the headquarters in Stockholm/Täby, reporting to Head of Finance High Flex Division.



Qualifications

* University degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics or similar.
* Minimum 3-5 years of work experience within finance, preferably with a couple of years controlling experience within manufacturing company.
* Experience from working with ERP and understanding of ERP setup and processes.
* Analytical approach.
* Self-starter with a solutions-driven approach.
* Enjoys a fast-paced environment and welcomes change.
* Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate.
* Great communication skills.
* Excellent skills in Excel.
* Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing.
