Business Controller/Navigator for IKEA IT

We are now recruiting a Business Controller/Navigator that can be leading and improving the financial structures and process flows together with colleagues and other stakeholders within the area of IT.

As a Business Controller/Navigator at IKEA IT you will be driving and optimizing financial management and business navigation deliverables within your area.

Main responsibilities:
- Interpret results and help set direction in relation to goals and agreed plans
- Create, support and manage long-term financial plans
- Communication towards stakeholders: for example, financial reports and complex issues
- Facilitating and working with business plans, budgets, cost follow-ups, forecasts, project controlling and various types of follow-ups
- Help improve internal efficiency in general, and participating in cross-functional development of tools and IT processes

Background and personal qualities:
- 3-7 years Business Controlling experience, preferably from project controlling in an IT organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Experience from process improvements
- Self-reliant with an ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- University degree in business/finance
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Swedish

You will be part of a team of four, reporting to the Business Navigation Manager. It is a full-time permanent position located in Helsingborg, Sweden.
