Are you passionate about creating customer value, working on the front line with the dealers, driving increased sales and efficiency in end-to-end chain? We are now looking for a Business Coordinator with a key focus with the French Market to join our Commercial Management and Volume Planning team in Sales Region Europe!
In your Business Coordinator role, you will work in a dynamic team providing business and commercial support to Sales Market areas and the dealers. Dealer communication will be an essential part of your daily work and you will get a broad knowledge of dealer business and operations. Your primary responsibilities are to support and facilitate business processes and strategies by matching dealer’s demand for machines with production capabilities, thus maximizing sales performance. You will be accountable for collecting and analyzing dealer demand with the reference to business indicators, stock levels, retail pace and market dynamics as well as follow up on dealer performance. To ensure the best machine delivery lead times for the customer you will be facilitating end-to-end initiatives and keeping control over the complete order to delivery chain with a constant focus on efficiency and best customer experience. You will be a key link between Sales and Operations and will be greatly involved in S&Op volume planning process.
You will be an active participant in local market sales data exchanges and represent Volvo CE in CECE (Committee for European Construction Equipment) Summit.
To be successful in Business Coordination role you need to have the ability to balance performance and transformational activities.

We expect you to be curious about the new reporting solutions, having experience in working with Power BI or Qlick view and eager to learn further.

Education Required University degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant.
