THE POSITION
The Technical and Commercial Support team provides daily support to subsidiaries, distributors and customers within Infrastructure & Industry, which is one of Roxtec’s three business areas. Together with other colleagues in the Roxtec group, we create solutions and ensure that our products meet customer needs, add value and in the long run generate loyal customers.

As Business Coordinator, you are part of a skilled team that supports our global subsidiaries and distributors. In addition, you will work in close cooperation with your team, as well as with various departments in the Roxtec organization. Cooperation and interaction with colleagues around the globe are part of our daily work.

This is an administrative position. It requires coordination of incoming requests for support and customer offerings, which could be everything from customer forms to requests for new technical solutions. A large part of the role as Business Coordinator includes calculating prices and margins as well as administration of cases in our business system, IFS. It is necessary to be very good in communicating in our corporate language, English, and preferably also in other languages such as Spanish, German or Chinese. Swedish is beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are experienced within business and support, preferably on a global basis.
• You have relevant education or corresponding competence.
• You speak and write English.
• You are a team player and easy to work with and you know how to balance quality and speed.
• You are business-oriented and interested in technology.
• Experience in IFS or similar ERP systems is considered an asset.
• You have good skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.


As a person, you are self-motivated and have a strong focus. You are service-minded and responsible, and you have excellent communication skills. It is also important that you are flexible and well organized with an ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment. To fit into the organization, you need to be customer-focused, structured, be able to multitask and have a humble attitude.

The employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona. Business travel, both national and international, can be part of the position.
