Business Developer

Arbetsbeskrivning

We are looking for a business developer to help us with the continuous improvement of the Scania Red Arrow- Processes (Product Follow Up) and the connected methods and tools. An exciting opportunity which involves participating in harmonizing processes across the whole Traton Group!
Our Team
Our team is small, with a very large network, which is why building and strengthening relationships will be crucial in this role. You will work both in collaboration with the cross functions within Scania, and within the TRATON Group.
Team spirit is very important for us. We help and support each other in an open and respectful way. We make sure we grow as a team and as individuals, developing our skills and abilities.
We strive to work from the office most of the time. This is to strengthen the team spirit within our own team. However, we do also spend time with the different teams working in the red arrow process to get to know the people and the processes being used.
At EMVP we offer a dynamic, agile, and collaborative environment where your knowledge and skills are highly valued. You will be encouraged to take initiative and dare to try new things as part of an agile and empowered development team. Our culture is characterized by openness, diversity, respect for the individual, and most important team spirit. The people who work here are our most important asset. Therefore, we will invest in you to help you grow with us.
The Assignment
Lead or participate in different process councils and teams in order to continue to develop our processes.
Prepare processes, to be able to use them in a cross-brand environment.
Keep our process documentation updated and structured.
Create education plans and courses within red arrow and actually be the educator for some of them. Our work is to a great extent based on dialogue, coaching, and leading some of our trainings in real life.
Work with the alignment towards a common process for the whole Traton Group.

Your Profile
To thrive in this role you need to be responsive to your environment, curious, communicative, and enjoy the human interactions. You strive for simplicity and see processes and methods as a way to help people doing the job in a correct way and to be successful.
Besides this, we believe that:
You have experience and knowledge about the red arrow processes (product follow up), preferably from R&D, production or purchasing.
You are used to working with current product issues.
You have experience from a cross functional context
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge in Swedish, German or Portuguese will be meriting.
Experience from the automotive industry will be seen as an advantage to take on the responsibilities required for this position.
As a person you are organized and feel comfortable taking the lead with a pedagogical approach.
You speak up when required, and act with integrity in your daily work.
Scania's benefits
Scania offers many opportunities to develop your career both domestically as well as internationally. The professional development of our employees is a priority for us, so education via both internal and external courses is encouraged and supported. In addition to career and development opportunities, we can offer you other benefits such as free training at Scania's own health center Gröndal, or a wellness allowance. You will also be offered performance bonuses, occupational pension, flexible working hours when suitable, the opportunity to lease a car through the company, and much more. Scania also organizes several events throughout the year where family and friends are always welcome. If you live in Stockholm, we also offer a direct bus service between Stockholm and Södertälje with Scania Jobexpress.
Application
Your application should include a CV, personal letter, and grade copies. Please apply as soon as possible but no later than 10th of December, 2023. Ongoing selection and interviews will take place during the application period, the position may be filled before the end of the application period.
