ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Operation Readiness team within our NOC department, you will be a part of a toolbox team of specialists who are the link between our Service Operations organization and the rest of the company. In this team we have Business Developers, Business and Data Analysts, Process Managers and a group of Change Managers providing change control.
For the role as Business Developer, you will be working closely with our entire NOC organization. You will be one of two business developers within the team, and you are expected to work independently, in close collaboration with NOC Quality Engineers, NOC Engineers and others. Your main task is to find, highlight, and drive automatization possibilities and continues improvements in the organization. You will be responsible for producing business cases, technical issues, data analysis and insights, demand processes, strategy, goal settings, and support the surrounding organization to ensure that we have all relevant capabilities within NOC to help our customers. For this role, you must have previous technical knowledge of telecommunications.

My name is Agnes Elde-Johansson, and my aim is to form a tactical team with a broad range of skills and competences which can support and help our fellow co-workers in Service Operations as well as stakeholders at Tele2. We are a driven team of specialists with one common aim, to deliver on our internal and external promises. This is a fun, newly formed team with years of experience within both Tele2 and telecommunications in general.
It is important for me to engage and involve all the Operations Readiness team members to collaborate and to utilize our collective expertise, evolving into something more than we are today. I believe respectful, progressive and transparent ways of approaching each other and our colleagues is the key to success!
