Want to play a central role in shaping Hemnet's business strategy and influence future pricing decisions? We are now looking to strengthen our Business Development team with a Business Developer to continue driving sustainable business growth.
Who are you?
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or business development. You are now ready to take the next step into an in-house role and further develop your skills in business- and pricing strategy and stakeholder- and project management. To succeed, we think your toolbox includes:

A "doer" mentality, helping colleagues with what's needed in a fast-paced environment.


A customer-centric mindset, ensuring that business decisions reflect company objectives and customer needs.


A keen interest in data, with the ability to present it clearly and easily — excelling in Excel and Google Sheets.


Proactive and strong communication skills, enabling easy collaboration across different parts of the organization, including Finance, Analytics, and Product.


A pulse on the latest market trends.

About the role
You’ll work closely with three senior business developers on a variety of projects supporting Hemnet's business strategy. One of your main focuses will be on pricing strategy and pricing management, with a direct impact on Hemnet’s competitive positioning and profitability. This includes involvement in forecasting and business planning to drive profitable growth and meet company objectives. Alongside this, you will also drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, develop business cases, and provide market analysis to support long-term strategic planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesPricing (50%)
Lead B2C and B2B pricing, including setting annual price plans and monitoring revenue impact.


Collaborate with Finance to build business plans, set budgets, and conduct financial analyses.


Drive pricing strategy and identify improvements to support profitable growth.


Partner with Product to implement price changes seamlessly.


Lead process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.


Strategic Project Management (50%)

Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.


Develop business cases and provide strategic recommendations, backed by market analysis and industry insights.


Work closely with Product, Finance, and other teams to align the product roadmap with business goals. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and facilitate strategic planning workshops.
