Business Developer

Are you goal oriented and have a passion for doing business?

We are looking for a driven Business Developer with project management skills to join the Business Development team in our Nordic Market Company. You will drive sales of our full portfolio to new prospects. You will be a member of a cross functional account team that will identify and capture short, medium and long term business opportunities to build strong customer relationship and achieve sustainable growth.

Your responsibility includes developing business development plans aimed at securing prospects.

The position is located in Lund, Sweden. You should expect to travel approximately 30% of the time.


Main responsibilities

-Participate in the development and drive parts of the execution of the Business Development plan
-Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for identified prospects
-Map pertinent food industry and identify business opportunities
-Contact prospects, develop understanding of customer needs and drive opportunities
-Develop networks and awareness about new products and new segments




Qualifications


To be a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor Degree or similar. You have 3 to 5 years of commercial experience ideally within the food and/or liquid food industry. Technical understanding is an advantage.

As a person you are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and motivate others. You have good communication and presentation skills. You possess customer understanding and a drive to develop customer relationship. You can effectively cope with change and know how to creatively solve problems.

You are fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English.
