We are looking to add a highly motivated and goal-oriented business developer to drive growth in Sweden as well as internationally. As a member of our diverse and driven team of colleagues, you will lead client projects and drive sales as well as product development, and work to generate engagement for our education programs designed for leaders navigating a constantly changing world. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of Europe’s most well-known and impactful companies as we work with them on developing the skills and mindset that they require to lead fast-moving, innovative, and high-performing organizations.

As a Business Developer at Stellar Capacity, you will be acting as a true change agent for the clients we engage with. In addition to establishing new customer relationships for both our open and customized education programs, you will also conduct strategic sales to our clients for various digital learning programs. Previous examples of program modules include data analytics, data visualization, introduction to AI, digital culture and leadership, as well as digital innovation.

In the role of Business Developer, you will be involved in driving the engagement with clients from start to finish for individual projects and for our open learning programs. You will interact with colleagues in marketing, research and program development alongside with the program delivery. The role offers ample opportunities to learn about different aspects of digital transformation and to collaborate with our program faculty members who are some of the most established experts in the field.

The qualifications we are looking for:
At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, management consulting or similar roles. More senior candidates are also encouraged to apply.
You have a background in working for a digitally oriented company and have a digital mindset as well as a good understanding of behaviors in a digital context. You don’t need to be a digital expert already, but you should be willing and keen to learn.
You have a degree in engineering/business and economics or a similar background.
You are dynamic and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
You have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish as well as English.
You have a learning mindset and a genuine interest in technology, digitalization and leadership.
As a person you’re energetic, result-oriented, personable, highly-motivated and capable of motivating others, and you have excellent problem-solving skills.
