We are now looking for a driven and analytical Business Developer to join our Customer Value Management (CVM) team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.  

 

What you’ll do  

As a Business Developer you will be part of the CVM organization and together with 28 other colleagues work to increase the customer base value and improve customer communication. You will manage important strategic projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and help Telenor deliver on its strategy. 

 

In your role you will support the three teams in the CVM division with important, cross-functional projects, as well as represent CVM in company-prioritized initiatives. You will be a key player in driving change and building value for our customers.  

 

You will drive projects from start to finish, in collaboration with departments like Digital Channels, Analytics, Marketing and IT. Structure and analytical thinking will be a natural part of your day-to-day work. And your ability to deliver results and understand the big picture will be keys to success. 

 

The role will report to the Head of CVM and be part of the CVM Management Team, which will give you a great insight into the daily business challenges and help grow your network quickly. 

 

Who are you  

We are looking for a driven and analytical person with previous experience of managing complex projects. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are a great collaborator. To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a team-player with a sharp strategic mindset who is willing to get your hands dirty and get excited by a diverse set of projects, ranging from strategic to more operational in nature.  

 

We believe that you have a systematic approach and are great at creating structure to tackle complex questions. You have strong communication skills with the ability to influence others, both orally and in writing. We value a flexible, innovative, and pragmatic approach with the will to find new ways to solve problems. You also strive to do things in a smarter and more effective way to deliver results.  

 

We also see that you: 
* Have 3+ years’ experience of a role within management consulting, business development, project management or similar 

* Have a university degree in business, engineering, economics or similar 
* Are fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal)
