As Business Developer, you will bring new offerings to the market, create new partnership and help implement our strategy. In this role you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. You will have the chance to build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities will be part of your daily work.
Your responsibilities
Be the driver of the strategy implementation in the Sales team and local organization. Translating global strategies into local strategic actions and contributes to the strategy through analysis of the markets and solutions.
Support the organization with business intelligence by developing a good understanding of our local markets, and the competitive environment. Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities.
Work with the sales team with identification and prioritization of new business opportunities based on good understanding of local situation and global business strategies.
Drive and supports realization of prioritized opportunities. Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and determine right sales price for these strategic opportunities. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects are considered.
Assists in the definition of partnership agreements or joint ventures. Collaborates with relevant internal and external parties to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in the implementation of the business strategy.
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration

Your background
The successful candidate should have technical background, preferably within power system automation.
You hold a University degree in relevant area combined with some years’ experience from Automation Systems
You have a few years of experience from a similar role or from Sales. It is meritorious with experience of business development. It is also meritorious with knowledge of domain technology such as Energy storages, SCADA systems and software, RTUs and Relay protection devices.
From your previous professional roles, you are familiar in contracts such as NL09, ABT06, SSG, etc.
Experience in forecasting and budgeting
On a personal level, you are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
You are ready to work in an international and multicultural work environment
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
