Business developer at Flexpenser

Flexpenser, a pioneering company in liquid dispensing technology, is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive our growth and market presence. This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic partnership responsibilities to expand our solution across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
Identify new business opportunities in the liquid dispensing technology market through events and market analysis
Research and target potential clients across industries that could benefit from Flexpenser's solutions
Present Flexpenser's technology and solutions to prospective clients
Track, structure, and automate sales processes using CRM (Hubspot)
Monitor sales performance metrics to improve processes
Assist with client deliveries

Marketing & Partnerships
Develop and execute marketing strategies for various social media channels
Manage events and content creation
Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant companies, potentially co-organizing events
Create pitch decks, reports, and other supporting materials

Investor Relations
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential venture capital investors
Develop and nurture relationships with relevant VCs
Prepare and provide supporting materials for fundraising activities

Qualifications:
Proven experience working with business development in early stage startups (2+ years)
Strong understanding of liquid dispensing technology or willingness to learn quickly
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot
Experience in developing marketing strategies and content creation
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and investors
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Masters degree in Environmental Science or relevant field
Fluent in English and has a good command of Swedish
