Clean Technologies Business Development Manager
About the job
Alfa Laval continuously develops solutions enabled by the power of digitalization to be the #1 partner in a transforming energy market. We want to take the next step now and are looking for a Clean Technologies Business Development Manager to develop our business of advanced gasketed heat exchangers (GPHE) shaping the new energy landscape.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Develop and implement business plans covering the current and future Clean tech applications
Work closely with Global sales and across organization to map new applications
Continuously study markets and utilize internal and external data sources to grow our market insights
Drive sustainability and digitalization initiatives across the organization
Build successful partnerships with external organizations to contribute to sustainability goals.
The position is located either in Lund (Sweden) or Soborg (Denmark). Frequent travels are part of the job. You report directly to the VP of Business Unit GPHE, and a standing committee. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Energy Division Business Development Clean technologies function.

Finally, you know how to influence at all levels in customer organizations and as well as internally. You are confident in building and promoting new initiative.
What you know
You probably have already gained experiences in initiating and supporting new business development within the area of sustainable clean technologies and/or data mining and analytics. You know how to navigate in a matrix organization and manage relations with proven success of leading project/development teams. You have a master’s degree in business, technology or engineering. You’re fluent in written and verbal English.
