About the position

Our Scraped surface heat exchangers, Contherm, holds a strong position on the North American market. In other parts of the world however, we don’t capture the full potential. We are now expanding our team in Lund with the clear ambition to systematically grow the market share for Contherm in the rest of the world.

In this role you will drive the Capital- and After Sales for Contherm outside North America. To succeed, you work with our Sales Companies and Channel network in the targeted markets around the world. The job will be a mix of hands on sales support and training on one hand and strategy development and planning on the other.

We believe the fastest way to grow this business is through the Food and Water Division Channel network. Like all kinds of business, working with distributors and integrators has its own traits. A large part of the value we bring to these customers reach beyond the hardware. A big part of your contribution to our business is about working with these values, making it easy and attractive to work with the Contherm heat exchanger, all through the value chain. The position is based in Lund, Sweden and you will report to the Channel manager in the Global Sales team in BU Food heat Transfer.

Key responsibilities
* Drive the sales growth for Contherm outside North America, mainly through integrators and system builders.
* Together with Sales Companies identify what Channel partners to focus on, in order to achieve growth targets.
* Support, coach and follow up sales activities and -growth with agreed Channels.
* Secure commitment from internal and external stake holders to help executing the plans.

Who are you?

You want to make an impact. You enjoy working with others to achieve agreed and ambitious targets in a cross cultural and cross functional environment. Just like your drive and sense for business, your communication skills are very strong, in English and perhaps in other languages too. You enjoy networking and you naturally form long lasting business relations. Your previous experience has given you a good understanding of business drivers for channels, preferably in the Food industry.

What you know
* Minimum 3 years of documented success in channel business development within technical B2B sales
* Experience from an international business environment
* Experience from selling Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers is a clear advantage.
