Business Developer - Data-Driven Decision Support - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Developer with expertise in data-driven decision support who will be responsible to lead efforts to understand current workflows, and the data needs for decision support.

What you'll do:
· Lead the development and establishment of a central function for data-driven decision support at KTH.
· Conduct needs analysis and requirement analysis for data-driven decision support in large organizations.
· Visualize data according to the organization's decision support needs.
· Lead agile-based business development teams.
· Manage maintenance and development projects involving web services for decision support.
· Communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Who you are:
· Minimum competence level 3 (4-8 years of experience).
· At least 5 years of experience as a Business Developer in data-driven decision support for large organizations (>500 employees).
· At least 5 years of experience in needs analysis and/or requirement analysis for data-driven decision support in large organizations.
· At least 3 years of experience in data visualization based on business needs for decision support.
· At least 3 years of experience leading business development teams using agile principles.
· At least 3 years of experience leading maintenance or development projects involving web services for decision support.
· Fluent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
· At least 3 years of experience in business development of data-driven decision support in the education domain and in research activities.
· At least 2 years of experience in needs/requirement analysis for decision support using business data, such as finance or HR data.
