About the position
INNTQ is an innovation company that develops interactive experiences specifically designed for public environments such as shopping malls, sports bars, airports in an international market. The company is at an extremely interesting stage where it has developed its first finished product, ROCO- the world's first interactive roller coaster. The interest among center owners is very high and the products have started to be delivered to customers in Europe.

We are looking for someone who can help INNTQ in its further expansion. Your primary task will be to develop the European market. The founder of the company is based in Älmhult. However, where you are based is not crucial. In this role, you can work from home or find a local office solution that suits you.

The founders of the company have great ambitions to grow internationally, and their strategic goal is to place 1000 new machines in different countries by 2025.


Responsibilities
As a business developer, you will establish new contacts with center managers, center owners and other relevant decision makers for public environments with the aim of bringing our products to the international market. You will sign key contracts and then act as the spider in the web to ensure customer satisfaction and a high level of service.

You will be involved in everything from analyzing the market, drawing up a marketing plan and, of course, working the market yourself. This will be done through direct contact, targeted and broad social media campaigns and participation in trade fairs. You will work closely with one of the company's founders, focusing on Europe and he towards the US market.

INNTQ is a small company with a great product and big ambitions. This means that you will have a broad role with a great mandate to influence your and the company's development and success.

The role will involve some travel, mainly within Europe, but also to some of the major trade shows in the US.


Your profile
We are looking for a business-minded business developer who dares to be creative and test new ideas. The role is complex and requires an understanding of the center owners' needs, business model and decision paths. We expect you to have worked towards retail before and if you have experience of leasing, pop up or events space towards shopping centers your journey will be shorter. Furthermore, you will be used to running your own business and be driven by personal development.

Good computer skills are a must, as is a genuine curiosity about working with digital tools. As we operate in an international environment, you need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and a curiosity about differences in business cultures between different countries.

About the organisation
After several years of operations outside Sweden, the founders of INNTQ are now moving the business to Älmhult - Sweden. This means that all machines offered by INNTQ are developed and built in Sweden. INNTQ uses only the best technology and materials - all so that you can feel confident that the products INNTQ offers are of the highest class and can withstand a high load of riders and use. The products are always tested for public environments and are CE marked and built to operate unmanned. For center owners, the products represent no investment - we place the products in public environments free of charge and share the revenue with them.

The concept has also attracted considerable interest from investors and a new share issue has raised capital for further expansion in terms of production, sales, and development of new interactive experiences.
