Business Unit Energy Separation service has a strong ambition to deliver superior customer experience and achieve Radical Service Growth being customers’ first choice for our service solutions.

Global Channel Service Sales team in Business Unit Energy Separation is responsible for Service offerings, Channel development, Pricing and Service sales support for mechanical and thermal separation products in the Energy Division.

About the job

In this position your will work in close cooperation with sales companies, channels, customers, eCommerce project managers, business units and distribution centers.

Key tasks:
* Responsible for developing and driving service sales through business channels (including distributors, agents, integrators, system builders & service partners).
* You bring digital presence as the way you are doing and developing business.
* Drive data driven service sales, New Ways to Market, and Digital customer journey with sales companies to develop and increase the extensive network of business partners securing professional and efficient market presence.
* Work with sales companies to develop, implement and update the channel service sales growth plan strategy
* Be able to adapt new ways of thinking to drive e-Commerce and digital services portfolio to enhance our partners and customers’ digital experience.             
* Train Channels to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service and performance for sustainable long-term growth.
* Setting and measuring channel KPIs, ensures efficient processes are in place to be efficient & easy to do business with.

The preferred location for the position is Tumba or Lund in Sweden. The position involves travel activity of approximately 120 days per year.

You are a team player, structured and organized with good communication skills. You are committed to delivering the agreed projects results. You feel comfortable in interacting with customers at all levels, identify business opportunities and make strategies to capture them.

What you know?
* Preferably 5-7 years of Channel sales experience, in technical/service sales function with a graduate degree in engineering
* Previous experience with eCommerce in B2B platform is a plus
* Strong service-oriented personality with good communication and networking skills
* You can drive Channel & digital service sales efficiently and can joggle multiple projects
* Build and maintain relationships through customer presence as well as finding new customers
* Are comfortable in expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in English
