Instabox is a growing tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We deliver your parcel to one of our smart boxes, seven days a week, as it should be. You pick it up with a pin code, without ever having to spend a second waiting in line.

We started in 2015 with the first line of code written in a small basement in Stockholm. Today, we can proudly say that we still write our own code and that we now have over 400 smart boxes across the country.

We break new ground on a daily basis and our users keep getting amazed by our fast and convenient express deliveries. To facilitate our future growth, we are now looking to strengthen our International Expansion team with a Business Developer. If you want to play a pivotal role in our future journey, this is the job for you!

Job Description

As a Business Developer you will help drive our long-term agenda, while ensuring we capture opportunities along the way. You will be a part of our International Expansion team where you will conduct market research and prepare for market entry. You will also coordinate ongoing expansions to make sure the local organization gets the progress and support needed to minimize time from launch to scale-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyze key markets and help define GTM strategy. Develop a deep understanding of specific conditions in priority markets, how we will best serve each market and our approach to successfully enter the market.
- Prepare for market entry. Develop materials needed for market introduction/partnership discussions, as well as setting up the basic structure in new countries.
- Coordinate our current expansions. Act as business partner to country managers in select markets, to ensure we minimize time from launch to scale-up. Help with priorities, analyses, research and issue resolution as well as to engage HQ support for individual countries.
- Develop our Expansion Playbook. Document key learnings for new countries to use in order to decrease time to profitability.
- Act opportunistically: quickly assess key opportunities and risks during our expansion efforts, and take initiative to capture opportunities.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an analytical, result-oriented and positive person who gets motivated by exploring new opportunities in a fast-moving environment. You have a strong business sense, paired with a high ability to break complex problems into few determining factors (to act pragmatically). You are a true team player with strong communicative and interpersonal skills. We believe that you have strong project management skills and are comfortable driving several parallel workstreams.

What you will need:

- At least 2-3 years experience from management consulting, from playing a pivotal role in a successful startup or from working with International Expansion
- Strong ownership/initiative and project management skills
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
