Assignment Description:
We are looking for a business developer who will work to identify and interpret the needs of healthcare to create the basis for development projects. The tasks consist of, among other things, creating networks / contacts and, in direct collaboration with healthcare actors at the patient level, capturing and formulating needs and ideas where healthcare is conducted.
What you'll do:
● Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and arranging business development meetings.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing stakeholders, develop entry-level staff into valuable personnel.
● Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
● Network with investors and other business partners to generate new leads and travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training.
● Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets.
Who you are:
● Experience and knowledge of regulations in public organizations such as LOU, project experience along with Specialist nursing degree and at least 8 years of clinical experience.
● Network of contacts in relevant businesses, experience of national collaboration and access to national networks in the field.
● Have proven experience in the development of modern reporting tools for Insight (Business Intelligence) & Analysis.
● Have experience in introducing new methods/working methods/models that can be associated with the subject area (data management).
● Good knowledge of business implementation, change management, organizational and process development, preferably in data-driven decision-making.
